At Eliza's Boutique we take pride in offering you modest clothing perfect for any occasion. We aim to give all our customers a rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We offer a range of clothing from every day to occasional wear, helping you to stay modest comfortable and fashionable at the same time.

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & DELIVERY

What You Need to Know

We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is damaged. All our clothing is thoroughly quality checked before being dispatched. On a rare occasion if you receive an item that is damaged please contact us within 24hours of receiving your order. We will require photographic evidence, upon receiving the item back our quality control team will check the item and update you accordingly. Any defect which includes marks, stains, damage or distinct smells on the items which suggest they have been worn and purposely damaged, will mean that the return is not accepted.

Please check the sizes which are listed in the product description box as we are unable to offer an exchange or refund if the item doesn't fit. Please note sizing can vary depending on the style of the dress please check the description box for fitting details i.e slim regular loose fit etc

We aim to advertise our products to the closest of accuracy to avoid any disappointment from our customers. We do this by describing the items to precision by including measurements and material. Please note, we cannot take responsibility for color perception as color may slightly differ from actuality due to individual monitor and brightness settings.

Delivery 

Orders are dispatched the next working day. Deliveries can take 3-5 working days for you to receive. Please note, due to covid deliveries may take longer. Saturdays Sundays and Bank Holidays are not working days. If you require a faster service please contact us before placing your order.

​Unclaimed Parcels 

On rare occasions parcels are sent back to us if they are unclaimed by the buyer, if you would like us to resend the parcel you will be required to pay for the postage again. 


Care Guide

Due to the nature of our clothing we recommend either washing the garments either by hand or in the cool cycle of your washing machine. We do not accept responsibility for colour run or shrinkage of clothing. Do not tumble dry
